Election of New Chairman
Following the resignation of Cllr Lee-Ann Reynolds from the Council an election for the position of Chairman was held and Cllr Nancy Wright was duly elected Chairman of the Council.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972, at the meeting of the Full Council held on Thursday, 12th October 2023, the Council held an election for the position of Chairman of the Council following the resignation of Cllr Lee-Ann Morton. Cllr Nancy Wright was duly elected Chairman of the Council and shall carry out the remainder of the current Council term until May 2024.
