Neighbourhood Plan
Norton, Cuckney, Holbeck and Welbeck Parish Council is proud to have an adopted and active Neighborhood Plan in place, this plan has given residents a say over the future of development within the Parish.

After three years of hard work the Cuckney, Norton, Holbeck and Welbeck Neighbourhood Plan was produced and published after which it underwent vigorous assessment by the Government Planning Inspectorate, and finally was approved and adopted following a referendum of residents in xx of xx with xx voting in favour.
In 2021 the Cuckney, Norton, Holbeck and Welbeck Neigbgoruhood Plan underwent a review which concluded on July 27th 2022 after which the recommendations of the review were adopted by referfnduk on Friday 9th September 2022
